Welcome to the Client Zone.

Let's face it - we are in this business to make money. However, we believe this can be done with honesty, integrity and, not with a little bit of hard work. Whilst we operate as an independent recruitment company, we abide by the standards set by our trade body, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. Through this, we are committed to the REC Code of Good Practice which provides you with a series of quality assurances. We also comply with all relevant legislation and have fair and honest terms of engagement and well as actively promoting diversity and equal opportunities and respect confidentiality for client and candidate alike.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Ours is one of the most thorough in the business. Having checked each applicant's written credentials, we then subject those selected as potentially suitable to an in-depth telephone screening. Only then is a short-list invited for face-to-face interviews with two separate consultants.

Unlike some recruitment companies, Media Contacts' consultants handle the entire recruitment process: account managing clients' vacancies and vetting candidates. In our experience this allows consultants to remain fully informed. After all, there's no room for misinterpretation. The client also needs only one main point of contact for the entire assignment.

THE SERVICE:

Operating distinct, specialist (though not disparate) divisions means that we employ experts rather generalists. Yet, with a strong sense of team ethos coupled with the experience from recruiting the humblest chief executive to the loftiest production assistant, we offer companies a full recruitment service with a cross media capability.

So whatever the vacancy, whatever the department, whatever the company - we have the resources to find you the right person, right now.

Depending on the task in hand, we will advise on the most effective recruitment strategy; file search, advertising selection or headhunt.

The applicant databases we maintain contain details of many thousands of candidates, which can be searched using our leading-edge software, to identify potentially suitable job seekers. This extensive database is kept up to date with a heavy advertising presence in the national, trade and specialist press, online, through careers fairs and trade exhibitions.
