2nd Stage
Personal Interview
We examine their work history, their motives for moving, their ambitions, plans, future and salary expectations.
3rd Stage
Final Interview - 2nd Consultant
Provides the opportunity for a second opinion and to cover any remaining areas.
Dependent upon client directions, we will test candidates on any one of computer, numeracy or literacy skills.
