DIRECTOR LEVEL

Highly regarded international events group seeks Divisional Production Director to take full responsibility for a portfolio of both repeat and launch events. My client has ambitious growth targets and, as Divisional Production Director, you will be the key person to achieve them through attracting the best people in the business and identifying the right market opportunities. You will be given complete P&L responsibility and take over the management of an existing team of Conference Producers as well as sourcing and nurturing new talent. My client has built a reputation on establishing market leading, must-attend events in its sectors, giving you the opportunity to work for one of the best firms in the business. To succeed in this role you will need to have significant staff and P& L management experience in a conference production capacity. You will need to also have solid experience of launching new events and achieving year-on-year growth with existing products. In addition to offering a highly competitive basic salary and profit share structure that could reach six figures, you will also have the opportunity to continue to develop and be a part of the senior management team.
