Global events organisation seeks Senior Conference Producer to head up and grow a portfolio of large scale international business conferences for the manufacturing and supply chain industries. As Senior Conference Producer you will be responsible for driving the growth of 4-5 events, moving them to individually generating over £1M revenue and expanding their geographical presence. This will include all aspects of researching content, writing copy, inviting speakers and building industry contacts as well as working closely with the sales and marketing teams to set strategy. The portfolio has a lot of potential and our client is looking for someone who can realise this. Longer term your role could either expand into managerial responsibilities as you hire further Producers or you could remain a product development specialist (or both!).
