Rare and exciting opportunity to take a central role in this successful global exhibitions firm. As Research Manager you will assist with the development of the business through researching, collating and analysing information to help senior executives identify new exhibition ideas, analyse their portfolios and help promote best practice. This will include maintaining show and news information on the company web site, assisting with writing and sending a monthly newsletter, industry research and analysis, assisting with launches, analysing show performance and making recommendations for cloning exhibitions overseas. Your role will therefore combine research, collating and analysing data and maintaining information resources for the company and will give you the exposure of working on strategic decisions with directors on a global scale. Candidates should have solid business experience, including having worked in exhibitions, publishing or conferences. Experience of business development and carrying out industry research are also important. You will also need to be educated to degree level or equivalent and any additional European language skills would be advantageous.
