If you have worked in a customer facing support role in a media monitoring organisation, then this role would be a fantastic position to meet your skill set and expertise. As the customer support manager you will play a key role between all areas of this media monitoring organisation – including editorial, production, writers and senior management. As the customer support manager, you will manage all incoming inquiries and ensure all problems are dealt with as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will learn the products that this media monitoring agency offer, and be able alert customers to any changes/ new lines, to ensure maximum value for the customer.
