HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT
Now in our fifteenth year, we are one of the longest-standing and widest ranging recruitment consultancies in the media industry. Set up by Hugh Joslin, founder of the global financial recruiter Joslin Rowe, we have an underlying pedigree which is reflected in our focus on providing a high quality, ethical service.
Our Consultants enjoy plenty of autonomy in their roles and the opportunity to take real ownership of the sectors in which they operate. As such, you can expect to effectively be a business manager within the wider company, having the chance to work to your own initiative with support from above rather than through micro-management.
The past fifteen years have seen considerable success for Media Contacts - we have had year-on-year growth both in terms of fee income and market share both in the peaks and troughs of the economy, offering you a stable yet ambitious environment to work in and the potential to be one of the highest billers, and therefore earners, in the industry. Our commission structure and basic salaries are extremely competitive and we have a benefits package that is second to none.
We have significant hiring plans for 2008 and are therefore interested to hear from those from a recruitment consultancy, sales or media industry background.
