PR Recruitment Consultant

£20,000 - £30,000 pa + Commission (Ref: MC4)

We are on the preferred supplier list of both the top communications consultancies and the smaller, boutique agencies, and we have also successfully recruited for a number of in-house roles within FTSE 100 organisations. Our Consultants are known as the best in the industry and this is reflected in our top billers generating double the revenue of their direct competitors. Having successfully remained profitable through the recession we are now entering a growth phase and are looking for a Consultant to play a pivotal part in this. You will be given a full recruitment role, managing all parts of both the client and candidate side of the business, and enjoy plenty of autonomy. Our culture is based upon nurturing rather than micro managing and we are much more interested in the bigger picture than the stats-obsessed approach of many recruitment consultancies. We pay a generous commission package, which should double your basic salary, and earning potential is uncapped. Our management team has combined experience of over forty years, giving you the expertise to become a top PR recruiter.
