Media Sales Recruitment Consultant/Trainee Consultant
We are one of the longest established recruitment consultancies serving the media sales sector. With over fifteen years’ experience. We have established relationships with the majority of the quality publishing, conference, exhibition, business information and digital media firms. We have been steadily growing our media sales offering to reach pre-recession levels and beyond and have an excellent opportunity to join this expanding team. Our structure means that you will take a 360 degree approach to recruitment, with full responsibility and autonomy on both the client and candidate side. We encourage our staff to operate their own mini-businesses within the wider company and you will be given plenty of freedom to flourish. We also avoid the micro management and obsessive KPI monitoring of many consultancies and instead look at the wider picture. You will be able to hit the ground running with a warm desk of both clients and candidates and will then be expected to further grow this. Many of our clients and candidates consider our staff to be the best in the industry and, with our top billers reaching into £300 - £400K in personal annual billings, this is backed up by delivery. As such we are looking for people with an impressive track record, an entrepreneurial approach and plenty of drive. We would prefer those with media sales or recruitment experience although are open to top recruiters from other permanent markets. Digital Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant
At Media Contacts we pride ourselves on the quality of our client and candidate relationships and a long-term, ethical approach. One of our Directors currently chairs the Media, Marketing and Creative sector group of the REC and we have a reputation built over fifteen years. Over the past two years we have entered into the digital media market, placing agency staff across PPC, SEO and affiliate functions as well as broader roles including sales and trafficking. We have built up an established client base and are now looking for an intelligent, ambitious individual to take ownership of this sector and drive forward its growth. Many of our competitors in the digital marketing arena tend to operate in an aggressive, short-term approach and you will find working for Media Contacts will give you exposure to the same market but with a much different approach to business. Feedback from clients on some of our consultants is that they have become the very best in their respective markets, both from their professionalism and the end results, and we are looking for someone who aspires to be the best digital recruiter in London. We are on the PSLs of some of the biggest blue chips in this sector and enjoy significant billings year-on-year. We are now gearing up for our next growth phase and looking for a talented individual to both tap into our existing client base and diversify our offering within the pharmaceutical sector. You might already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant placing into sales/marketing/communications roles within a pharma client base or you might work directly for a pharma company and be looking for a change of direction.
