Having successfully remained profitable through the recession we are now entering a growth phase and are looking for a new Consultant/Senior Consultant to play a pivotal part in this. You will be given a full recruitment role, managing all parts of both the client and candidate side of the business, and enjoy plenty of autonomy. Our culture is based upon nurturing rather than micro managing and we are much more interested in the bigger picture than the stats-obsessed approach of many recruitment consultancies. We pay a generous commission package, which should double your basic salary, and earning potential is uncapped.
