You will be given complete P&L responsibility and take over the management of an existing team of Conference Producers as well as sourcing and nurturing new talent. As Head of Sponsorship Sales you will have full autonomy in leading the sponsorship sales function, managing a team of sales staff, overseeing strategic development and fulfilling key account management of the most significant clients.
