With over ten years' experience at the company, Rupert is Director at Media Contacts, managing the team as well as being a hands-on recruiter. Rupert went from gardening to recruitment consultancy, being one of a rare breed of Londoners to be accredited by the Royal Horticultural Society. He is currently serving as Interim Chair of the Marketing, Media and Creative sector group of the REC, the industry's leading trade association.

After a varied career involving fmcg executive search, IT contract recruitment and several years as a journalist, Julia went around the world for more than a year, chasing kangaroos and editing news for a Thai newspaper, and has come back to combine her previous lives into recruiting healthcare communications staff. Outside work, if she's not in the gym or in the pub, she's likely to be cooking or have her head in a book.

After graduating from a degree in psychology, Lauren decided to bring the skills she had already acquired to a career in recruitment. After gaining valuable experience in recruiting contract staff into the public sector, she decided to move to an area which excites her more and now uses her skills to recruit marketing and editorial staff.

A Masters in Pharmacy graduate, Priti chose to specialise in the healthcare sector from the outset. She gained experience working in pharmaceutical PR and events before deciding to merge her broad sales, communication and project management skills into becoming a Recruitment Consultant. Naturally Priti specialises in recruiting for the healthcare market, placing medical writers and communications staff both in agency and in-house roles. Priti’s enthusiasm in health extends to her lifestyle, with a keen interest in sports in her spare time.

Bradley Young is responsible for driving and developing the Creative Media desk. A graduate from Leeds, Bradley studied Creative Media but probably should have also received a first for socialising. In his third year at University, he decided to turn his dissertation into a web business and subsequently spent 3 years taking the AJAX/.Net 3.5 communication system to market, bagging him the gold award at the British Invention Show 2009. Now back in his home town of London he brings his love of creative media to us with a dash of client side experience.

After graduating from university with a degree in Civil Engineering, Joe spent a short period of time working as a landscape gardener before joining the Media Contacts team and embarking on a career in recruitment. Outside of work Joe spends a lot of time listening to music and DJing and you are likely to find him in a record shop in Soho digging through crates of old vinyl.
