We are a leading recruitment consultancy for the media and communications industry, established over thirty years ago.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join the media and editorial team. Ideally, we are looking for an established recruiter with experience working with academic and/or scientific publishers.
As a company we have ambitious growth plans for the next 3-4 years, with the aim of growing to over 30 staff, so it is an exciting time to join the business with opportunity to grow your own team and niche. We prize strong candidate and client relationships and expect our consultants to spend a substantial amount of time out of the office at in person meetings and networking events. - Track record of exceeding financial targets in a recruitment agency setting (experience recruiting for creative, content or marketing agencies would be highly desirable)
- Desire and drive to build a successful, long-term career in recruitment
- Confident in sourcing & pitching for new business
