Key Responsibilities of the Sponsorship Sales Manager:

  • Exceed revenue targets through proactive sales efforts, focusing on new business acquisition and maximizing revenue from existing sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers to ensure future revenue growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, utilizing effective time management and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with producers and related departments to support event development and identify sponsorship opportunities.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and finesse.

The Ideal Sponsorship Sales Manager:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of senior-level sales experience in events sponsorship.
  • Exceptional networking skills; accomplished with delivering complex briefs and effectively articulating proposals.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of success in conceptual sales.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong networking abilities, with exceptional rapport-building skills.
