Everyone wants to be paid fairly and not to be earning less than co-workers, but discussing money with colleagues is frowned upon and can create tension… so, we’ve done it for you.
We’ve launched a salary survey, so that people in our network (and yours!) can tell us, anonymously, what they’re earning.
It takes less than a minute to complete, and in return we’ll publish a full report detailing our findings and where we think it leaves the recruitment market at as we head into 2023.
Using our report, you’ll be able to check:
- How your salary compares to others with your job title
- How your salary compares to the rest of your sector, and trends in that sector
- How many people are either actively looking for a new job right now
