The best recruiters are naturally entrepreneurial and able to spot opportunities. Why recruitment careers?

One of the primary motivations for embarking on a career in sales or recruitment is of course financial. Our on-target earnings for senior consultants range from £70,000 – £90,000 a year, and top performers earn more than £120,000. We also have multiple success stories within the business who have been with the business for a significant tenure. Our Managing Director, Rupert, joined as an office administrator showing what can be achieved with support and hard work.

Ultimately our success depends on the relationships we build with our clients and candidates.

Our consultants are regularly out of the office. In-person meetings help uncover the motivations and requirements of our candidates and clients before making introductions. We also encourage all of our consultants to attend networking events and conferences, and facilitate external training opportunities.

Aside from this, we have an active social calendar, wellness benefits, a 9-day fortnight incentive, business trips to meet with international clients, a mixture of in-office and remote work, a great commission structure, flexible working, and great training and professional development.

If any of that catches your interest, please visit our Contact Us page! Please submit a form detailing your previous experience and why you’re interested in recruitment careers.
