Promoting Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
As part of our pledge to encourage diversity and inclusion, we have been involved with recruitment’s governing body, the REC, in setting up a stricter code of ethics. We provide training to all our staff on writing competency-based job advertisements and on using competency-based questions in interviews.
