The Account Director’s role:
They’re now looking for an Account Director to join their friendly, tight-knit client services team. You’ll work closely with the CSD and GAD, managing Account Managers and Account Executives across a range of UK and global clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading accounts
- Growing client relationships
- Mentoring your team, and driving new business
- Staying hands-on and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of a mid-sized agency and wants to make a tangible impact, rather than being a small cog in a big machine.
You will need:
- You’ll have proven experience in a healthcare / pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Comfortable leading pitches, guiding projects, and nurturing your team
- Enjoy working collaboratively with different disciplines – account handling, creative and strategy
- Approachable, hands-on and happy to get involved at all levels
