A well-established international media and events business is looking to hire a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their high-performing sales team. Your role as a Business Development Executive:
- Engaging senior-level professionals via phone to promote and secure attendance at leading global events in fast-growing markets
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Communicating the value of event attendance clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM and accurate sales pipeline tracking.
About you:
- At least 6 months’ experience in a sales role, including internships or placement years.
- Confident, outgoing, and relationship-focused, with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Target-driven and comfortable making outbound calls to build rapport and close deals.
