As a Senior Conference Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of high-impact, commercially successful conferences that drive global collaboration and industry innovation. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge agendas, building relationships with C-suite executives, and overseeing the successful execution of events internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end production of high-level, content-rich events, including market research, concept development, and post-event evaluation.
- Develop compelling conference agendas that reflect current market trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities in the financial sector.
- Collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure exceptional delegate and sponsor experiences.
- Foster relationships with key industry speakers, thought leaders, and strategic commercial partners.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Ideally 5-10 years of experience in B2B conference production, with a strong track record of successful events, particularly within the financial markets sector.
- Expertise in market research and trend analysis, with the ability to transform insights into actionable, high-quality content.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, speakers, and partners.
