Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee events, including managing investor relations and creating engaging content.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize revenue potential.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase event participation and client engagement.
- Monitor budgets to ensure events are delivered within financial targets.
- Write and manage content, including event summaries, investor communications, and key marketing materials.
The Ideal Candidate
- 1-2 years in sales or production (experience in energy or financial capital markets is a bonus).
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient at multitasking and managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent data management skills.
- Confident and personable, with the ability to engage with clients and investors face-to-face.
